- Instead of worrying about the things you can't achieve, concentrate on the things you can, 'cause you'll get a lot further in life if you do. If you fail at something because you didn't have the resources, that's fine. If you fail at something beacause that's the best you can do, that's fine. If you fail at something because you didn't try, that's not.

"Success is it's own reward"
- Don't worry if you feel no-one recognises when you do well, they probably do anyway, but what matters is that YOU do. If you spend ages on a project and get an "A", it feels great regardless of what everyone else thinks. Also if you have a test in a cover lesson, and everyone cheats, but you dont, and they get better marks than you - it doesn't matter. Deep inside, you know that your result is exactly that - yours! When the time is right other people will see that too.

"Learn to laugh at yourself"
- When other people laugh at you, join in! You'll feel a lot better that you would if got offended by it! So what if you fell over and looked stupid - you can still find it funny!

- No matter what you think, there is bound to be at least one person in your life who truly cares for you. That person makes you just as important as everyone else. You can make a difference to that person, and they'd truly miss you if you were gone. Always remember that.

"Everyone is good at something; No-one is good at everything"
- We all have talents, make the most of yours. Concentrate on what you can do, not what you can't.

"Only you can make it possible"
- You can acheive anything with time and effort, but if you don't believe you can make it that far, chances are you won't. Not because you can't because you don't believe you can.

"Empathy is the greatest gift anyone can possess"
- This is Hard. Try to understand how other people are feeling. It is hard because we are all different - not everyone is an open book - and some people are much easier to understand than others, but if you can emphathise with people, then chances are you won't upset them (unintentionally) quite so often.

"If you judge people, you'll be judged"
- This is also Hard, but try to realise, whatever you believe is right, the people that go against your beliefs usually believe they are right, also.

"Mistakes are an important part of Nurture"
- Nothing is pointless as long as you learn from it. Everyone makes mistakes, learning from them nurtures us and hopefully makes realise we are not always right.
