People across the country have been advised to 'keep
spending' this holiday season, to ensure economic
safety. Well, Americans seem to have been doing their
part and more; it seems that the famous store chain,
"Toys 'R' Us" has sold out of every last piece of
merchandise, except a single Mighty Morphin Power
Ranger left over from the '96 season. This is sitting
on a shelf in a remote store in Alabama. Predicting
false advertisement suits from angry customers, "Toys
'R' Us" has changed its name to the more appropriate,
"Toy Is Us." And, after the Mighty Morphin Power
Ranger doll is inevitably sold, they will again
relabel themselves; this time, as "Toy Was Us." They
would like to apologize to the public at large for any
inconvenience they may have unintentionally caused
this holiday season.
