A 17 year olds story of her baby!!!!!

I am a 17 year old Australian girl. I fell pregnant with my ex boyfriend. At 13 weeks i had a misscarriage! The baby was the size of my hand and I had to hold him and name him because he was legally born. i have a birth and death certificate. But what is worse is the lack of support i had from people my b/f actually went out and got drunk because he was so happy i had a miscarriage and my parents were at a party while i was in hospital.

I was thinking about abortion because of everyones reactions to my being pregnant but i thought this is a human being, he has a heartbeat, a brain, red blood why shouldnt this child be given the gift of life???

To all the girls out there contemplating abortion!!! think about this...... "i would give anything to have my child back and here you are taking away lifes most precious gift"

I am not saying dont have an abortion!!! It is your choice but think what the children could do for this world in the future.

Yes you may have gotten raped, the baby may have a life threatening disease it could kill you to give birth!!! these are all legitimate reasons to have abortions but if you abort a child because the father ran off, your parents wont support you and so on you are not fit to be parents anyway.


All i say is to live life day by day because you dont know what you have got until it is gone. And when it is gone there is no turning back.

i miss my baby terribly even though i only held him for 10 mins i will never forget his eyes they were bright blue.
