Amrican dream is just a dream

In the 1780's, George Washington accepted the honor of the presidency. The dream which was the United states would be born there. A dream of Unsurpassed liberty, civil rights, a modern day utopia. However, nobody accepted these ideas. The American dream that George Washington hoped to accomplish has become truly perverted and defiled. Two hundred years later, the United States has become a huge travesty of what it was intended to be. Instead of liberty, we are in a confined state. I say "confined" because we were never given the chance to mature as a people. The government gradually stopped believing in the American people soon after Washington had died. Today, the government is more concerned about keeping us in this immature state rather than giving us our birthright. Our freedom. When the government fails to bind us to our cradle, the television and the computer finish the job.
Civil rights were never given to the American people despite what Washington had stated during his presidency. The government kept the American people to racist ideas and never gave the rights intended for the entire land's inhabitants. Slavery went on in the states even before America became a country. Only several hundred years later did America get a partial message. The Emancipation proclamation was useless. The Jim Crow laws bound the blacks into a horrible state soon after the end of slavery. The original inhabitants of the land were never given these civil rights. Instead, They were granted rifle shells and dry, dusky reservations. Even today with our new laws which are intended to bring comfort to every race, There is still racism on both sides of the track.

The people are given only one philosophy to grow up on and I quote :"Be nice to other people"

While The United states spends billions of dollars on attacking foreign foes, it totally abandons her own domestic safety. While the United States sends people to save the environment, millions of people inside and outside of our country still suffer under poverty and sickness. While we can send a man to the moon, we cannot get past our racial differences no matter how hard we try. We develop the strongest weapons while our own children die on the streets due to violence.

The United States is an empire of Shit.

It cannot rise up unless the American dream is re-established with an iron fist.
