9-11-=1 Was the date of my deaths

Rushed me in dressing and down the stairs,
I brushed my teeth, prepared my breakfast,
And said my sweetest prayer.
I'd get to watch mommy work that day,
Play office in the buildings that were so tall,
As we drove through traffic in New York City,
No one had any idea they'd fall.
Mommy worked the fax machine,
And showed me how to do,
The many things at work she did,
To help me and you.
A little while later,
There was a flash of light,
A scary crash, a horrible boom,
People falling a hundred flights.
As the towers came crashing down,
The people screaming below,
I watched in horror as my mommy died,
How could anyone be so low?
I shivered and cried for a couple more minutes,
Then the second plane came and hit,
Suddenly both towers came crumbling down,
And guess that was it.
No one could have lived through that,
Not even a girl like me,
As this happened I hugged my raggedy ann doll,
I reached heaven with just a leap.
God wrapped me and a thousand others,
In his gentle but mighty arms,
We were away from the danger and from the pain,
This tragedy caused quite an alarm.
I saw a few of my friends mommys and daddys,
Along with me in heaven,
Why had it been this terrible day?
This horrible 9 11.
I miss my brother Jacob,
And my loving daddy, so much,
Its amazing though here in heaven,
You dont have to go to school or work and you even get free lunch.
I cuddle with Jesus now,
And pray for out nation,
That we shall be grateful for God,
Lord of all creation.
