Your hair was like a chestnut brown
And shone around your face
Your eyes were like a warm bright light
That filled my life with grace
Your movements seemed so sudden
Yet relaxing and at peace
Your voice was from a fairytale
When I heard it, my troubles ceased
Your skin was like a creamy tone
Not too tanned, not too pale
Your smile was like flowing writing
That comes from your friend in the mail
All of this belonged to you
Until you seemed to dissappear
Your hair began to lose it's shine
Your eyes became dull and queer
Your movements were harsh and jerky
And your voice became real small
You seemed to get real shy
If you went out, you wouldn't have a ball
You skin became real brassy
And eventually lost it's glow
Your smile faded from your face
And when i saw you, you never said "hello"
I know the reason for all these changes
And that reason is me
If i wouldn't have ever given you that note
None of this would be
If I dont do anything about this
I know my days left on earth are few
If only I could take back those three little words...
