Best Friend you were the best of the best,
You were the nicest of the rest,
But best friend you just rang,
Didn't you see?
Best friend i cried,
I almost died,
And yet you were not there,
How is that fair,
I was there for you,
Whatever you needed me to do,
When were you there for me?
Whatever state it be,
Your claim,
Of course for fame,
Has not come through,
Answer me this...... How could you?
Never again shall i trust you,
What else could i do?
Never again shall we talk,
Never again shall we walk,
Down the street we walked.... together,
We said Best friends we would stay..... forever,
How wrong could we be,
We shall stay apart,
But for me now i must depart,
Best Friend we spent countless nights having fun,
Especially when Netball games we won,
Netball is a team sport,
Always I thought,
But how wrong was I?
For birthdays presents we would buy,
Together,
Forever,
That is what you wrote on your maths book,
You told everyone to look,
I came to help with your party,
And you comforted me when my mum said i was tarty,
My grandpa when he died i stayed over for countless nights,
Yet never did you help me out when i got into fights,
I sit here now to tell you this,
Although you may sit and reminisce,
Best Friend, you were a great Best Friend,
But now this must be the end.
