A funny story

One of the funniest moments that I can recall happened in a Wal-Mart. I was picking up some blank cd's for burning, and I soon made my way to the checkout. As I was standing in line, I noticed it was not moving along quickly (I was in the 10 items or fewer secion). As I look ahead, I see a woman of about 40 standing at the register with about 3 boxes of Tampax brand Tampons. Apparently, the clerk was having difficulty finding a price on the items. So, I saw him grab the megaphone-thing and talk into it. "We need a price check on a box of Tampax Super pack, please." Soon after I heard a response on the loudspeaker, and the customer service guy must have mistaken the clerk's word "Tampax" for "thumbtacks," because this was his response, "Are they the ones you have to push in with your thumb, or bang in with a hammer??" .........Till that day...well...let's just say nothing funnier has occured around me in a public place like that!
