Eyes shut, the white sand warm between my bare toes. The place was beautiful beyond belief, but it was still unable to ease the pain I felt. It was just months ago where I stood at this same very place, free and happy, not knowing what love was. Until the day I met him. He was THE one. But alot can change in a few months, alot of heartache can change a person and create a wedge through the strongest ties, break down even the deepest love. I let out a sigh that was filled with pain and regret. What could I do but move on and find a new life? The old one was beyond repair. I wanted a new life, the kind drenched with hope that can fill you completely, a life without pretended ugliness and broken dreams. A life where I can think clearly and smoothly like liquid diamonds coating my eyes. I stare up into the clear night sky. There are tiny diamonds glued to shimmering silk wrapped around the moon. Memories of the past drifted back. "Crazy but I still love him", I decided, "Crazy love". How could this beautiful place, eternity of azure blue sea and endless sand be a place for the agony I felt now?
