Did i mean nothing to you,


that you could have me for yourself.


Take me down till something better came along,


then put me back on the shelf.


You knew what you were doing was making me drown,


Suffocating my life and bringing me down.


But you continue to do it with no pity or shame


And i continue to fall for it just the same.


I just didnt't want to accept that you were a jerk


I was bound and determined to make things work.


Ignoring the signs we'd be broken up again


Maybe we would stay together then.


But break up we did and only I was left in pain


I even hurt my friend for you, it was driving me insane.


The pain and suffering on that poor girl,


and then you come and tear down MY world.


I hurt her for nothing don't you see?


Just so in turn you could hurt me.


How stupid of me to fall again,


to ever think we could be more than friends.


I told myself no more, not one more mistake


But you almost had me this time,


almost thought this time wasnt so fake.


But you didnt't quite get me


no not me, not this time


I'm keepin my tears, along with my pride


I didnt't get attached, i didn't believe that shit.


I knew youd be gone again I didn't doubt it one bit.


And for once i was ready, it was no big suprise.


when they told me you were with her,


there were no tears in my eyes.


She's a sweet girl, yes i know her.


Its just sad she has to find out that you are a jerk.


Don't think you can fall back on me when she gets rid of you


One of these times you'll want me and i wont be wanting you!


For the first time in awhile i feel so alive


and i know through all of this i will survive.


I'm stronger than you thought


im worth it and your not,


so what the hell are you fighting for,


i dont miss you anymore
