15) Bus rides are great, the longer they are the better...

14) Never drop a shot put on your foot, it really does hurt

13) When your hurt, pretend that your not when coach is around b/c if you don't you'll get stuck taking score or something stupid like that.

12) They was always twice as many people on the field than in the stands...

11) Great Friendships are started by acting stupid in the Long Jump Pit.

10) Watch for flying spit when somebody says "Time For Beavers"

9) Never underestimate the power of the other team.

8) Always bring sunblock b/c chances are that if you didn't, neither did anybody else.

7) Always plan on being back atleast an hour after coach said you would be.

6) Girls: Never forget a hair tye b/c nobody ever has an extra one. Guys: Never forget your spandex, we don't wanna see you in those short, shorts

5) Never call your house when your on the bus b/c some wise ass will start yelling "COME BACK TO BED YOU CAN'T LEAVE ME LIKE THAT"

4) Never look directly at Coach when he's yelling at you.. He takes that as a direct challenge.

3) If you didn't puke, you didn't run hard enough.

2) Coach can smell fear (so can the other team)

1) HAVE FUN DON'T BE AFRAID TO MAKE AN ASS OUTTA YOURSELF. WE'RE ALL DOING IT
