1 abortion and rationality

Let's take a look at the abortion debate in a rational way.
There are basically 4 arguments that a fetus/preborn is not
a human and, therefore, does not have the same rights as a human
being.

1. Size
2. Level of Development
3. Environment
4. Degree of Dependency

Let's take a look at each of these reason's rationally,
stating the prochoice and prolife views.

1. Size
Prochoice - The fetus is not a human because it is so small.
Prolife  - Size of a person does not matter.  Is Shaquille
O'Neal more of a person than Gary Coleman?

2. Level of Development
Prochoice - The fetus has not developed to the point it is
human.  How can something that has not fully functioning
    be considered human?
Prolife - Is a 30 year old woman more of a person than a 12
year old girl who is still developing?  Should a handicapped
person not be considered a human because they are not
    "fully functioning?"

3. Environment
Prochoice - If it is not out of the womb, it is still a part
of the mother and not human.
Prolife - Are you a different person just because you enter
a different room?  Does the location you are in make you
more or less of a person?

4. Degree of Dependency
Prochoice - A fetus can not live without the mother.  It is
even still attached by the cord.  It is completely dependent.
Prolife - Can a 1 year old live on its own?  What about
elderly that depend on others to live?  Are they humans?

I am interested in what you think of this.  Email me at the
address below if you have more arguments, comments, or anything
else.  I am curious to learn all avenues of the abortion
debate.
