C/O 2003, graduating poem tear

where did the time go?
who knew we would all graduate,
there was alot to know.
to where do we go now,
and what are we to do?
some want to get outa here,
but some dont want to.
our lives will evolve,
we will "grow up" and mature.
who thought that would happen,
no one could be sure.
all of us are skilled in studies,
but not too skilled in growing.
we all made mistakes,
but we corrected and kept on going.
most of us will go on seperate ways,
trying to succeed.
a mojority will be happy,
but not very many will proceed.
we are losing alot of our friends,
some of whom we hate to see leave.
a reminder of the past,
thats just what we need.
and now, to the c/o 2003,
i hope you all grow to success.
you all mean so much to friends and family,
even if you put them into distress.
this was a year to remember,
even if there were bad parts.
but that is life,
and all of us have the best hearts.
our memories will last a lifetime,
as we look back at the smiles,
as we look back at the tears,
the hugs,
the hits,
the arguements,
and even the beers... lol,
but nothing will compare,
to that sunday,
in the middle of may,
when we see all our friends,
walk out the back door,
crying in sadness,
maybe to never see each other again,
and all the grudges and differences go away,
all we can do is hug each other,
and use each other's shoulders,
it will be a day to remember,
and no one can take it away, ever.
Not even God.
